Salesforce | Event Production, Photography & Video

From international conference tours to large-scale event activations. One trusted creative partner.

From corporate conferences across Australia and New Zealand to major community events, Hidden Studio has worked with Salesforce on projects that combine creative production, event design and professional visual content.

Across The World Tour, we covered corporate conferences in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Auckland, documenting key presentations, audience engagement, networking and the people behind the brand. Working across multiple cities required a consistent approach to photography and video, delivering high-quality content that captured each event while reflecting Salesforce’s presence across the region.

Beyond conference coverage, our collaboration extended to the Canberra Times Fun Run, where Salesforce brought its sponsorship to life through an interactive activation village. Hidden Studio took on a broader production role, designing and building the activation space, including branded signage, a media wall and interactive experiences such as Spin & Win, archery darts, stretching activities and participant relaxation areas. We also photographed and filmed the event, capturing the activation in action and the experience it created for runners, families and spectators.

These projects demonstrate the breadth of what Hidden Studio can deliver — from multi-city event coverage to the design, build and documentation of branded experiences. By bringing creative thinking, production capabilities and photography and video together, we help clients deliver engaging events with a consistent visual presence.

The result is a trusted creative partnership built on versatility, experience and the ability to deliver across different scales, locations and event formats.
